HOW TO ORDER Send your order by email to manager@bluemoon.org , or fax to 416-461-0653 Please download our order form, print it and fax a completed copy. To order by phone call our toll-free number 1-888-318-2583 (in Toronto call 416-461-9892) between 9 am and 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. METHOD OF PAYMENT We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. SHIPPING COSTS $3.95 or 8% of the value of your order (if greater than $3.95) plus $2.50 processing fee. Oversized items will attract extra shipping costs. RETURN POLICY FOR ON-LINE ORDERS You may return an item for credit or replacement within 7 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please contact us to receive return authorization before you send anything back. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
